Easter Egg Hunt at the park!
Every year the city provides an Easter egg hunt at the park. It usually lasts only a couple of seconds and my kids get very little candy. But, it's a fun tradition and close to home.
Maegan got the most candy. The city splits the hunt in age groups and the littlest kids get the most. Below is a pic of Maegan with a neighbor boy Braxton showing off their score

The local grocery store, Lee's, also does a little easter egg hunt around all the different departments. They give away things like cookies and string cheese, etc. It's always fun to go there too. It's also the kids chance to meet the Easter bunny.
EASTER MORNING!!!
This year the Easter bunny left a note and hid their baskets. The kids had to search through the house during a scavenger hunt to find their surprise.
It says:
A Bunny left some clues for you, they tell exactly what to do. Each of you have a color of an egg to find. Then you won't get confused at which one is mine. Gwen's are the color of the sky and the sun, Alex's are the color of the grass and carrots (so yum). Sammy and Maegan are working together as one. Pink and purple are their colors, FUN! Open only your colors, follow each and every clue. The last one will be my surprise for you. But the First clue, RUN FAST! It's inside one of your own shoes!

Tyler and I, also, surprised the kids with Lagoon Season Passports! They had such a fun summer!
